submitted by Patrick D. - |Recommended: YesI want to take a moment to let the management team here know that I appreciate them. they recently replaced an air conditioner that had died -- the same day I requested it. in recent months they have installed a large group of cluster mail boxes in a secure place on the property so we I don't have to worry about not getting our mail. I have lived in this property for 12 years - the last 5 years we've have had this mgmt. team and they have gradually made improvements that have added to my quality of life and I'm sure all the other tenants. my experience is that they want the tenants to be comfortable being here and to stay here

submitted by Ed - |Recommended: YesOkay I just finished my 3rd year at the Paradise Royale and just signed my new lease for my 4th I really like living here. Everyone is very nice and friendly. If you need anything they’re there to help. The front desk starts it off with a great welcome to make you feel at home right away. All of my neighbors are friendly and nice. I feel safe here. In addition the location is excellent, close to everything.. I recommend living here to anyone

submitted by Scott R. - |Recommended: YesI have lived at Holiday Royale for over 6 mo's now, and would and have, recommend it to friends and family. For the price-point, there is NOTHING nicer within a 20 mile radius. Staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance has been quick and responsive. My only gripe, which has nothing to do with the property, but the surrounding businesses. See everything is set at tourist pricing, so if you don't have a car or want to use the bus or a ride share , to get outside of those expensive stores, you will be paying over 5.00 for a Gatorade, over 7.00 for a slice of pizza, etc just be prepared for the higher cost of food drink groceries household supplies when shopping at the reasonably-walkable stores nearby.

submitted by  - |Recommended: YesThis is a great pet friendly place to live, but there are some residents who complain about barking dogs. They need to understand this is apartment living and some barking noises will happen. Recommend the management make this clear to the residents and add this as a clause in the lease like other states.
